Pictures are exhibits so are attached to the bundle , given identifiers such as MUTD/01 , 2 etc , where the letters are your initials , so not embedded but as a separate set of numbered exhibits

Do not miss your court order deadlines

Email should be fine for court and Claimant , especially due to the pandemic !

Check the local court website for contact details

Just wondering how to attach the documents to the email. Attach at the bottom of the word doc? and then save as PDF so its one big file? or attach as separate docs. Don't want to send too many files. Have 9 pics so 9 attachments or can I put them all in one document and put the exhibit number at the top?

None of the letters received mentions date of when I have to submit witness statement by. I did phone them. They advised me to email. I emailed but no response so now worried if they will actually will get my witness statement if I email. Might need to ring them again and maybe get another email address.

Your court order will mention , by so many days before the hearing , it won't give a date , read it again , carefully

If you want to know how to do your bundle , check other ones mentioned by coupon mad , like @Nosy or another one by @jrhys , she typically mentions 2 examples , so I suspect that you are not reading the advice in other threads , as we have up to half a dozen decent bundles mentioned on here , including a winner last week by another member

So if you read nothing , you learn nothing , which is how the regular members here have learned , court or no court

Just popping in every now and again doesn't work

Have a look at the examples by @jrhys and @Nosy.

Your pictures should have the metadata embedded (date and time of image) and be separate exhibits attached to the WS.

Before I could submit a witness statement I received a letter from Gladstones solicitors for Notice of discontinuance. Very much relieved. No court.

Is this normal for gladstones? Parking was at my workplace. Have a permit but was not displayed. Guess they probably probably figured out the wouldn't win anyway with these circumstances.

It's not unusual for that firm of solicitors to act like that.
    Well done on your win.

Maybe they have other stuff to think about.

Read about their current problems here.
