I have now received one claim form
Date of Issue 7th May. I submitted Acknowledgement of service 22nd May. What date do I have submit my Defence by?

With a Claim Issue Date of 7th May, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 9th June 2021 to file your Defence.
That's over two weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

I will using my defence from few years ago and amending for this claim
Don't, because it will be out of date.  But do put your facts into the template defence we have and show us your draft.

No POFA warning for a start , unless it's on the back ?

If you are defending as keeper and driver , POFA is irrelevant , plus you only have 9 days left , yet we haven't seen your 2 paragraphs yet !!

Compare the line in red to 9(2)f.   How much more obvious can a non-POFA NTK get, unless 9(2)f from Schedule 4 is on the back?

There is no mention of the PoFA in what you have shown us, so the NTK is non-PoFA compliant. In other words, the keeper cannot be held liable for the charge.

No idea what you are seeing on the back.  I even gave you the paragraph number of POFA to check against... this is unfair on us. It is easy to see it's not there.

Yeah you did and thanks. Just wasn't sure if those dates meant anything. I'm sorry if you've felt I wasn't doing what I should and relying on this forum only.  Just wanted clarification it doesn't mean anything

Dates are one aspect , wording is another , if they failed on any aspect , it's a failure , full stop !!

But if you fail to disclose the driver in your defence , you can be asked in court , so must reply truthfully , meaning you should decide what the best defence is and under what entity or entities , so as keeper not driver , keeper and driver , or as keeper but cannot recall who was driving

POFA does not assist a keeper who was also the driver
