    Stay positive. I think (and hope) mine is still ongoing too - broker submitted on the 27th and since I'm using company net profits I think it's going to take some time to look over the fine details. Getting a mortgage is the one time I feel like I wish I was a full-time employee again.

    @Tashco Don’t give up on it yet. 
    We applied 27/1 and were asked for proof of deposit on 31st and haven’t heard anything. 
    Broker is going to contact HSBC today for an update but going by their service levels I’m not sure when we will hear back.

    Looks like HSBCs service levels are getting worse. Fingers crossed we have some news soon!

    HSBC is overloaded with applications, broker advised me they were very busy.
