@Tashco were they all hard checks, or some soft?0
-
@propertyhunter all hard searches but for some strange reason they then deleted some of them. Didn’t even know that was possible0
-
How can you see the searches in real time?0

@[Deleted User] I had emails went on my equifax told me they done searches then another email to say the searches have seen deleted so there’s no actual footprint left on my report0

I’m sure credit karma sends email alerts aswell saying “did you apply for credit, a search has been done” etc etc

The only report it was noted on is equifax. My Experian doesn’t update yet as I have the free version only updates once a month. I’m not a hsbc banking customer, are you able to track your application? It’s forever kicking me off and not letting me look -_-

Are you able to track via hsbc banking if you submitted via a broker? I am not a customer but my wife is!0

Just to add my broker stated HSBC were extremely busy with lots of applications!0 -
We received an email from HSBC last night with offer docs and a message that we’d get a text with the password to view the docs. The text only just came through this morning, but it’s all there. So our offer is in! I wasn’t sure if we’d hear anything direct from HSBC as we have been going through a broker, but we have, so that is really good. Good luck to everyone else going through the process. Here’s our timeline:
26 Jan: Broker submitted our application to HSBC
31 Jan: original date for in person valuation, which was cancelled and rescheduled for following day
1 Feb: in person valuation
3 Feb: news from broker that HSBC have accepted and approved the valuation
5 Feb: email offer received
6 Feb: text received2017 - New start! Looking to spend less and clear my debt2
