I have sent the WS off as a PDF attachment to the court and also the three emails mentioned above. I have put EBUNDLE as the subject though with my reference and court date and time. Have I don’t that but wrong. The deadline is today 15th of July at 4pm.0

I was reading the wrong part about how to send it, and re read it all. I haven’t mentioned to no one about not receiving the claimants WS expect to you guys. I’m just wondering if they haven’t sent theirs to me in time do they still have that same deadline as me to get it to me. And what will happen if I don’t receive it?0
-
They had the same dates it said when I had to get them in by. And then they had to pay and everything by the same date. I’m sure it was my deadline after re reading it. I will have to double check the letter when I get home.Coupon-mad said:But hang on, filing the bundle for the hearing (a few days before) isn’t the same as the deadline to filing and serve the WS and evidence, usually not later than 14 days before, sometime even further in advance.
The OP should crack on and file and serve their WS without commenting that they have not had one from the other side yet. No tipping them off.1 -
Sounds like you did it right and in time and they haven't! We'd expect them to discontinue...
I assume the 'CCJ' in your thread title is already set aside and this will be the PCN hearing?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No CCJ, just misuse of the term in the title.Coupon-mad said:Sounds like you did it right and in time and they haven't! We'd expect them to discontinue...

The OP had used a paid for appeals service who submitted a copy and paste of most of the defence template you wrote, charged her for it, then went out of business.

Wow , well done , an anti climax but probably a relief , so well done anyway. 😁😁👍👍👍👍
CEL failed due process , so you win , unless they start snivelling with excuses !! Lol
Another one bites the dust !!

Yes be glad if it’s all over, had a feeling they didn’t pay when they didn’t send WS but just hoping it wasn’t because they was waiting till it sent my WS in. Either way it’s been a long road. But wanted thank everyone for all the help and understanding! Will keep you updated if I hear anything else back from them.4

Very good news but this is what they do, and it has to stop, even if just by reducing the limitation period for private parking claims to 1 or 2 years maximum, and the MoJ coming up with a more suitable pre-action protocol than the 'debt' claims one that treats people as if they owe a debt and asks for their financial income and outgoings in the reply forms.
It's a terrible situation right now, including for people like you who do everything right and this is your reward - nothing - and the PPC just moves on to the next dozen easier victims. Now please help us and yourself by checking back 2 or 3 times in August to this forum, to join us in responding to the final Government Consultation. Coming very soon.
As a genuine near-victim of the £100 PCN extortionate system, you will no doubt have strong opinions on confirming that the MHCLG are right to reduce the lower level to £50 (£25 early discount) like Local Authority levels, to disincentivise the greed and penalty mentality shown by the industry since they blagged ‘keeper liability’ by misleading the Government in 2011.Come back in August! Take part please, we will be talking about the Consultation.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yep , please do , but I think they were scared off by the strong case put by you and the errors they made along the way
That place was entrapment to me and anyone could park there and not realise the issues , me included
They probably know that Manchester civil justice centre is a graveyard for dubious parking claims by private parking companies 😋😋😋4
