Manchester court is quite a graveyard for PPCs. I'd say it's virtually certain that CEL will discontinue, which will be good news, but I expect there will be a real feeling of anti-climax for you, @shortysky, as despite the huge amount of work you've put in, you won't have the satisfaction of putting CEL to the sword in front of a Judge.

IMO the vast amount of wording on the far left sign means that it falls to be considered as an unfair term in a consumer contract and therefore no contract can be entered into, read this,

Also I still haven’t received my WS from CEL should they have sent it by now? Or will they do it by email once they have mine? Just sent it to all the email address I could find on here, plus the data protection email address so not sure if they will receive it or not?

The above e-mail addresses have proved useful in the past - obviously don't sent it to the DPO.

That order doesnt refer to the statements but to the hearing bundle. I hope that doesn't mean the statements should already have been served.

That order doesnt say no attachments it says that there should be a list of the key documents to read in the body of the email which attaches the bundle.

There should normally be 1x pdf file that contains all documents, which may include case authorities, claimant & defendant docs. Indeed you're supposed to be able to agree a bundle.

But it's not you who has to do this, it's the Claimant - CEL.  Let them concern themselves with it. You obviously have to get your WS to CEL, but they are responsible for the E-bundle and its formatting. It may all be too much of a faff for them.  They frequently discontinue if the Defendant (you) jumps through all the required hoops.

But hang on, filing the bundle for the hearing (a few days before) isn’t the same as the deadline to filing and serve the WS and evidence, usually not later than 14 days before, sometime even further in advance.

The OP should crack on and file and serve their WS without commenting that they have not had one from the other side yet. No tipping them off.
