I don’t know it’s just stressful and I have my hands full. So what do they usually agree to without going to court.?

Don't be daft ...... how can you think about financing a scam so they can use your money to chase up more people who are less capable than you ???

!!!!!!, I and others spend hours on this forum, giving you a step-by-step guide to how to fight these scams, and all you want to do is pay them because it's too much trouble.

Grow a pair, for goodness sake.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

They won't take a reduced amount, especially when they realise you are easy prey. Even if you lost in court you would pay less than they are asking for at the moment.

You need to take legal and court matters more seriously and stop looking for an easy get out

    Just follow the process

Hi I’ve just received a notice of proposal allocation to the small claims track? Does anyone know what I should do with this? Says it must be completed by the 4 of may. Thank you. Sorry if I’ve not replied been very busy.
What must be completed by 4th May?  Would that be submission of your witness statement and evidence to back up you defence?

The CCBC claim form was issue date of 10 march , so because a Defence was submitted within the 33 days , this new form must be the N180 DQ that needs to be completed and emailed by 4 may. Much too early for the WS stage yet

The newbies thread even tells you how to complete the stupid little form, question by question.  It will take 10 minutes,.

So I have completed the form and going to email it later on. Is there no way of getting the claim cancelled through the mediation in giving them the points of your WS ? Or will they just say no. I’m just hopping I have a good enough case to win. Even if it wasn’t dark signs would still be hard to see with cars all lined up on the street. Guess I just have to hope for the best.
