Yep! Although conveyancing started when we first applied so we should be good to think about dates very soon. I believe they are waiting on responses to enquiries from the seller but all searches are back. So excited! Have just emailed estate agents to arrange another viewing as I want to take my daughter πmandycurl said:1 -

@mandycurl yes very relieved! We did think it wasn't going to happen due to self employment in the current climate so we are really happy! Someone i work with who has just bought a house and moves in next week has told me not to expect completion until July/august with the amount of time conveyancing is taking! Really hoping things move quicker but maybe i need to master the art of patience hahaΒ

I got my offer 01/04 (dated 29/03) and my solicitor confirmed this week that we should easily be able to compete mid June. So hopefully it will go a little quicker for youGMC9216 said:@mandycurl yes very relieved! We did think it wasn't going to happen due to self employment in the current climate so we are really happy!
