Ah hopefully! I really want the kids to see the house before we move. They were a bit funny last time as we had to take.our 4 year old and the baby cause there was just no one to watch them. My 6 year old had to wait in the car bless him 😳 glad you've got another viewing booked in though. Must be starting to feel Real now!JMcc123 said:
Hahahahah I was the exact same, in my heafd 'If i don't pester he'll forget to check!' :')CLJ2986 said:Ah thats good, sounds like your solictor is at the same stage as mine, the sections are broken down so the purchase contract is complete, now they must be on the pre exchange check which says enquiries satisfied and file authorised so assuming they are waiting for the seller and then I have to read and sign the paperwork. Really proud that I haven't emailed the broker yet actually haha keep thinking if I just ask they might check and find it's being looked at 🤣
Hopefully not too long, booked in for a second viewing on Sunday too, and they're happy for my son, mum and stepdad to come. So hopefully you'll be okay with your second viewing too

It certainly does, My solicitor seems to think we may be ready to complete pre 18th June, which would be great, as allows some time for my Step Dad to get bits done in the house before we officially move
At this point I'm just praying there's no tantrum because the front door isn't green yet hahaha x0 -
Ah thats amazing! Well no update today and no annoying chasing emails from me. Not sure I'll hold out tomorrow haha0

Hi everyone, I’ve been following your posts for a week or so - thanks @CLJ2986 for the recommendation to check out this thread

I have an application in with Aldermore and like many of these posts am literally so anxious and certain it’s all gonna go wrong.Does anyone know what happens if the application is rejected - is it a straight up ‘no’ or do they give options as in lower LTV etc?I’m nervous my affordability won’t be up to standard based on recent bank statements etc.Any guidance or info would be appreciated, thanks x0 -
Hi! What do you think the issue is with your bank statements? Mine were a mess lol I use my card for everything but then I haven't been accepted yet 😳 some other posts made me think if they aren't happy after the initial checks then you get a decline or recommend a lower ltv but I'm.on my 4th week with my 2nd application and they just keep asking for more info 🤣 not very helpful I know sorry!ihaveaquestionplease said:Hi everyone, I’ve been following your posts for a week or so - thanks @CLJ2986 for the recommendation to check out this thread

The waiting is the worst! How long has your application been in for?
I'm sorry I cant help, but I have seen a few posts on other threads saying they wanted 85%ltv? But I wouldn't be 100% sure.
Ask your broker, they should be able to answer this 🤞 x

Haha what's the worst that can happen from chasing! That they haven't got an update 🤷♀️ I would be chasing and I think given the issues first app you've every right to chase! Yeah I fairly sure I will send an email first thing just saying I wanted to see if there are any more documents outstanding. I'm so apologetic when I email them, I'm like I'm so sorry to bother you but just wanted to check in case I missed an email... like its my fault its taken so long

I feel like I was the extra same, even though it wasn't as long. It's hard isn't it xCLJ2986 said:

Yup waiting is the worst! I think it's because there's nothing you can do. I can't plan to move til we get a yes and I can't really plan for what we will do if its a decline until it happens. I'm just budgeting my remaining maternity leave as I'm now on stat pay and I can't even do that properly as I don't know where I'll live! 🤣0
