Morning all,
Piggers I'm not too far from you and would be very happy to come and help you honey xx
Yesterday passed by in the usual whirl of Saturday chores. I got two loads dry on the line and broke down a load of cardboard ready for the recycling collection this week. I also decluttered a nap, a film and some very tasty red wine!No real plans for today, I also got loads of gardening done yesterday as it was quite warm. I think the children want to bake, and I'll make a tray of Yorkshire puddings to use some of our glut of eggs.Have fab days all xx10 -

Deleted_User said:Piggers I'm not too far from you and would be very happy to come and help you honey xxI honestly do not know where to start or I would snap you up.. You know those hoarder houses you see on TV.. well mine almost that bad, I don't THINK I have 107 cats, dead vermin or anything living here that shouldn't be.. apart from the pigeon in the loft I am trying to get someone to help me evict.. I don't even pretend the stuff isn't a problem any more. I do not have that emotional attachment to stuff but I can't just bin it, I can give it away I just cannot bin good stuff... but who do you give it to?!
I have DD2's stuff here when she moved to Wales for uni and left me with all her belongings.. She can't possibly need any of the clothes she hasn't had them since last summer! DS1's stuff here.
I need to get rid of 2 huge chairs.. one is broken and in the shed, OH was 'going to fix it' .. but it has been in the shed for 2 years so now is ruined. The other is ok, in the house and a dumping ground for DS1's clothes because his chest of drawers inaccessible.
What I need is one of those professional declutterers to come kick my derriere.. or maybe the 4 other adults who live here to help me a bit. I have 5 large boxes of paperwork I probably don't even need but I don't know what to do with the stuff I want to keep so I do nothing with it all.
I need most of all DS1 and Boog to get a job and OH to be out of the house while the children are at school, I need to be alone in the house to do anything. I don't feel like I should do anything while they are all laid in bed or sat playing computer games.. Really, why should I!?Sunday list...- Today the front room IS getting tidied.. I will scrape EVERYTHING to the middle of the room and everyone can rescue their stuff and the rest can be binned.. and OH is vacuuming the whole room, under sofas.. the lot..
- I need to find some kitchen, I have some bags of food to drop at my mothers but I may boss Boog to take that.. it will get rid of him for an hour or 2 as well, I don't think they've left the house for a good 3 weeks.
- Homework check, uniform, shoes, pe kits, pack ups and
- I have 1 ebeast parcel to package and the 2 can be posted tomorrow.
- Sort freezer space, I need a minimum of 3 empty drawers for todays shopping to fit in.
I have dentist tomorrow, Moomin is there Tuesday and it is MIL's birthday on Wednesday. I need to sort the girls clothes again as they keep growing.. I have a home for Twinkles outgrown stuff I just need OH to take it!
Cuppa first.. feed the girls.. mess after food..

Scones made, they spread out on the baking tray, so I have a feeling they were too 'wet' however I have been told they taste ok..........
Census partly filled in, I don't know what OH's qualifications etc are and he has gone out for a local walk, it can wait till he gets back and he can fill it in, I'm doing it on line, seems so much easier, and my writing is awful.Sort of drizzled here this morning for a bit, so the shed has got wet again, want to start on it tomorrow..............fingers crossed.Just at a bit of a loss atm, want to loads of things to the house, my house, but house guest is putting beak in where it is not wanted / making comments etc, the atmosphere is bad enough...........so on back burner, until they can go back else where in the world spending farrrrrrrrr tooooooooo much time on internetHouse in general terms is clean and tidyPiggers I would love to have a drive up to yours to help when all this is over, AA route planner says 140 miles to where the main city..............doableBreast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

I think that by the end of all this another fly lady meet could be the tonic we need.
Dogs have had their first walk, dailies are done and front garden is tidy and mowed. I have also made a raised bed out back but I need to fill it with compost still.Spend less now, work less later.10 -
Jazee.. this is why i thought a flyzoom might be nice.. people can just be therevand listen. no one has to speak or have a camera onKaz.. thank you.. you really are all far too nice.Washing brought in as next door lit a BBQ 3ft away from my clean washing.. most is dry and folded to go away but a few bits can go on the airer.
girls fed, me fed.. I nearly forgot.
DW running
Front room tidied and vacuumed.. and I swapped sofas round so now I dont need to fret about Oh breaking the sofabed. Why do they not sit on the seat? why do they have to fling themselves across the room into the chair like it is a blooming great bed not a very expensive sofa?!! I walk to my chair, bend my aching knees and place my derriere carefully upon the seat like a feather... HE comes in and just plants his a$$... bend your fluffing kees you dollop of mucus! seriously.. I never realised SITTING DOWN was so complex!
Now we just have cat toys in here and no christmas presents, they are all upstairs. I need to move my laptop table and vacuum under there but I feel much better about sitting in here now.
I have a 6ft x 3ft table IN MY HALLWAY!! .. I need to sort the back room... do we think I can get it done in 2 hours?? It's pretty full.. it's not that hard is it? Do we think? I can always do some tomorrow.. no. Tuesday.. I'm going to start.. if I don't start it I will never finish it.. the girls are banished upstairs to *tidy* (so they don't make mess downstairs!!)
I need to force 4 smelly girls to bathe.. and OH.. he took his bobble out and .. well... eeewwww... and the stairs need vacuuming.. and Henry needs a bath.. someone (moomin) vacuumed up cat urine.. I needn't say more I'm sure!
So.. anyone up for a crazy HHC or 4?? I must make headway in this pit.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)8 -
Hello,
I’ve been just about keeping up with the dailies, in between hospital visits and numerous phone calls. It’s been a bit draining, but the real test comes next week, so I will be cheering you along from the sidelines then. Thanks to my Flylady fairy godmother for checking up on me and saying just the right things. You know who you are 😘 xx
Piggers, I would love to come and help - mega flingage sounds right up my street at the moment! It’s a shame that I don’t walk the talk when it comes to this house...
Love and hugs to all xx9 -
I’m up for a fly zoom x
Tip visited and good job I checked the conservatory before leaving as I filled another bin bag.
DG’s visited and we (me & DH) started on another room (box/computer room). We also poked out noise in to the garage of doom and wept.I have shredded another bin bag full.
Sheared DH
check dancemobile’s oil and water
DH cut the front lawn
ironing done

Fly zoom sounds great too.
Forgot to mention that I scrubbed kitchen sink and s&sd bathrooms earlier too as well as hoovering through till it ran out of juice. Site visit has been done with the dogs who didn't behave!
Going to do a little knitting now then have a long soak in the bath. My feet are really aching today.
See you all on the new thread.Spend less now, work less later.9
