and them claiming furlough without my consent

Claiming?  I was unaware that consent was needed, can you please explain.
The company need to have employees consent before claiming CRJS. I would have granted consent. However in January this year after being back to work full time since 8th May and having no agreement in place I was furloughed for 4 hours in January at 5 minutes notice when i was just wrapping up a job. The company then completely fudged my January pay taking 20% off my wages from the day after the pay run (21st to 31st Jan) as an “end of month supplement” just incase there was any more furlough after payroll cut off but didn’t calculate that correctly leaving me hundreds down on my wages. Some of it reimbursed now but was really struggling to get them to pay the rest. HR claimed that I’d agreed to have a salary sacrifice in an agreement for full furlough back in March but that agreement ended 31st May. Nothing ever received since. Was told by HR to go get legal advice and when I did they agreed that there was no agreement in place and therefore couldn’t place me on furlough as they needed to get my permission before the event and confirm and discuss how flexi furlough would affect me. I would’ve signed another agreement but not when my wages are affected more than the 20% down on hours not worked. Basically they haven’t sought anyone’s further agreement past 31st May.

how does a parking ticket make anyone feel ill?
Clearly you've never had an employer who is acting unreasonably and throwing their weight around. If it damages your working relationship with them, to the extent you may be booted out of a job (whether it's being "managed out" or more brutally), then that can be pretty stressful.
oh i dealt with a fair few arsey employers in my time :)

It’s not the ticket, it’s the stress of having £595 deducted from my wages over this and I can’t afford it.

You would think your fleet manager HR or who ever would be more up to speed with what they are talking about they have broken their own contract.
Parking Eye are neither an authority and can't issue penalties, apart from that their lazy system ( basically designed to protect the lease company) removes your basic right of appeal to all but endorsable offences.

My company have told me I need to sort it direct now with parking eye . I can’t see how I can though as I don’t work for the lease hire company who paid them. It’d hold more weight on company headed paper as parking eye has already confirmed they are refunding. The tickets no longer show on parking eyes website so I know they’ve been cancelled, it’s just getting the money back off them now.

Why can't you start with the lease company and tell them that PE have cancelled and are refunding and you want it sorting out, the lease company have put you in this mess after all.
I’ll get the phone number off work for the lease hire company and try that. For all I know the refund could have been sitting in their account since end of February. I know that my employer haven’t even asked the lease hire company from the email from my employer I received yesterday.

    Hi all.

Please help further.... my employer use alphabet for the company cars. The parking charge notices were paid by alphabets subcontractors namely europcar and nexus. All 3 named companies are members of the BVRLA. I’ve read the BVRLA and have seen that they advise to pass on the hirers details and NOT PAY the parking charge notices unless it’s expressed as such in the lease contracts. Now... am I right in thinking that my employer has not agreed for alphabets subcontractors to pay these invoices on the drivers behalf as their contract isn’t with the subcontractors namely nexus and europcar?

You would have to show us the lease agreement you have with your employer because that is the one that will count not what agreement any of the sub-contractors will have.
