ZZPS is not a legal department. It's a debt firm run by someone whose previous debt firm was stopped by the Office of Fair Trading.
Of course you don't phone a parking firm or debt collector. Starbucks can always cancel them so tell the person responding that this isn't a legal department and that you want to escalate the complaint to someone who will step in and tell the PPC to cancel the scam.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
