Every single part of me is saying take it to court but I am really not sure if I can be bothered with the barrage of Debt collectors notes and I may also be moving within the next 2 years so sods law says I'll miss the summons.
It won't be a summons, it will be a court claim (N1 from Northampton CCBC) but if you are moving, just keep a note of the e-mail address of the DPO (dataprotection@oneparkingsolution.co.uk) of the parking company and diarise it to remind you to inform them of your address for service just before you move but when your new address is ready to accept post.  That is assuming it hasn't been dealt with by then and that OPS are still in business.

In this case the driver both dropped someone off and has admitted using the site to adjust their satnav as such it is clear that they had accepted the terms of the parking contract and were therefore bound by its terms.
POPLA are utterly in the pockets of the BPA firms now, it seems. Also, if that's your car facing away from the camera then you were not even within the marked car park site anyway.   Luckily, a Judge won't agree with the above drivel.

Even more luckily, POPLA's days are numbered and so will the more rogue parking firms if they don't sort themselves out:

    Change is coming.
Yes that’s my car. They don’t seem to care that I wasn’t in a bay 🤷🏼‍♂️

That’s reassuring to know. Hopefully it will provide an element of impartiality and regulation and send a damaging blow to these reprobates. I am seething at the POPLA assessor, total disregard of what was put in front of him and he definitely had a pre conception as to what actually happened.

Can you show us the site map and the landowner authority for that place that was supplied to POPLA and you, please?

There you go.  I can't seem to upload PDFs the normal way.

Yes, that file serving site you have used only allows one download - as soon as one person has downloaded a file, that file is no longer available to anyone else.

Besides that, I don't want to download an unknown file to my computer thanks.

There you go.  It seems to have put them in a random order.  But the title deed and photo are separate docs and the contract pages are numbered so you'll have to jump around a bit

Ah, Val must really be struggling to pay for that helicopter now to be pulling these kinds of stunts. Just one question, the pics appear to show your car in two locations. In one it is parked mostly in what appears to be a parking bay so I assume it's that one they are saying it's parked in? They're basically hoping you can't be arsed to defend yourself since they've no chance if it goes to court imo

Useful to see and useful for you at court defence stage.  The enforcement boundary does include that area of roadway but who owns that land, the LR screenshot doesn't say.  Might be worth spending £3 on finding out because I doubt it's the company shown.
