I left this site for a while hoping that the Arms/DT might reappear, but it seems not. Maybe it will only be the mods and guides left, putting up posts saying what a great job they are all doing, but its not anything like the forum I joined, and I'll not be included in the number of members no doubt used to show how "popular" the site is. So, I'm offski and will be emailing MSE towers asking to be removed from the list of members. I'd like to say it's been fun, but recently its been awful.

Since DT closed i've been an infrequent visitor to MSE, I had a look earlier at the Grabbit board and there are only around 6 new threads this year, back in the day you would see a dozen or more a day, the truth of the matter is MSE is dying a long lingering slow death, replaced by forums that do a better job, and by social media that seems less clunky and more upto date.
Its a shame but nothing that stands still in the digital age lives that long now.

I thought that, I don’t visit often now.
