If you do post, then redact all personal details including MPAN, MPRN and meter serial numbers.

Click on the 'Attach image' icon, click 'Browse...', select the PDF file in your Downloads folder (or wherever) and click 'Open'.  Don't forget to redact the S number on an electricity bill.

From that document it looks like they are all Estimated readings. You need to look at your meters & see what units are on there & compare to the Estimated readings on your bills.

Two thoughts, although I fear they may equate to 'clutching at straws'.  But possibly useful as generic info for others reading the thread.
    • Did you yourself give an opening reading when you moved in?  If not (or if the reading was taken by an estate or lettings agent, outgoing occupant etc) then you could be paying for the previous occupant's usage.  This doesn't always come to light immediately if all your bills afterwards have been estimated: an actual or smart reading can then result in a mega bill that your DD payments won't have covered, and the estimates of future consumption will then be much larger than your actual usage.
    • IIRC Avro readings have to be given within a very narrow window, possibly only one day (which may be a day or two after the reminder arrives).  If you don't sent it on the magic day then your bill will be estimated.  That was a year or two ago so things may have changed, but that might explain why your bills have been estimated despite you sending readings.  Try sending a reading each day for a few days after the reminder arrives and see which one turns into an actual reading.

I see lots of E for estimated readings and lots of debits carried forward.

What do your meters read today ?
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

Transferring it into Word has messed around with the formatting making it a little hard to decipher everything in that format.

It might be better to print screen the PDFs and then paste into Microsoft Paint or similar.  There you can redact the personal data, save it has an image file and upload it as @Gerry1 has advised.

Looks like all your bills are based on estimated readings and you've been building up debit over a few months.
You said earlier you provide meter reads every months. I hope you've written them down somewhere......otherwise you may end up being in a mess trying to sort this out. Make sure you take a meter read TODAY and submit it and keep a record too. Then take one every week for this month. That way you will get a rough figure of how much energy you actually use to see if their "estimates" are in the same ball park or not.

Have you emailed avro to ask why they are using estimates when you are submitting readings every month.

It looks like you haven't been keeping on top of this for months, its always critical to look at your bills and look at usage in terms of units and how this is converted to cost in £ per month.....and NOT looking at just what your direct debit is.

How long have you been at the property for.
You need to get ALL the bills since you moved in. Are there any bills with a ACTUAL reading rather than an ESTIMATE?
(if you cant understand them, upload all the bills and we can help)
