Good morning and happy Monday. I honestly feel like a new woman after Friday's appointment and I'm ready to tackle the week ahead.
Nothing available to cash out this morning so just £1 to CC7 as my PAD. Today will be a NSD though as we have all we need in for meals and I am not going anywhere to spend anything. My statement for CC7 is available this morning and I need to pay £59.90 before 27th. I will be keeping a check on what I send as PADs to make sure I clear the minimum payment. I would hate to do anything to jeopardise my 0% offer.
Prolific has £9.82 waiting to clear, I should get £7.50 from mystery shopping soon and regular PADs will add another £17 as I get paid 2 days early this month. I will keep checking c-cat and prolific for more studies. It's definitely paying off, so far I have sent at least an additional £445 to debt since the end of June from receipt snapping and surveys. That gives me such motivation to keep doing it! It doesn't seem much at the time but it will be interesting to see what the total is come 27th July (or June!) and I am debt free.
I hope you all have a wonderful day

Wow that is an amazing amount since June. I must try the receipt thing to add to my survey haul. Do they accept receipts from anywhere? Or is it only supermarkets?
I managed to cash out the CCs this morning, but I had already sent them a message to ask what was going on, so don't know if that had anything to do with it.
We'll have to have a virtual celebration on your DF day. Its very exciting for you and giving me motivation to keep going.Making the debt go down and savings go up

Huyu only accepts certain supermarkets - the big ones. Snap my eats only accepts receipts with food and drink included. The others accept all receipts. They need to be uploaded within a week of the date on the receipt though.

So do you have to scan the bar code? That would account for them only taking the big ones, as Aldi don't have barcodes on theirs. Or do you have to take a photo of it? So my local "sell it all" discount shop won't count then as their receipts are not itemised evenMaking the debt go down and savings go up

You take a photo of the receipt. I try all mine, regardless and on some they are acceptable and others they aren’tLife gets in the way...PADding is addictive...Saving's better than spending...My savings diary - Now for a healthier, wealthier me2025 1p challenge #41 | Cash envelope challenge #01 | SPC #017EF £1000/£1000 | Sabbatical £3677/£60000

Back with a lunchtime update, Tern have paid me for the mystery shop, straight in the bank account
and I've cashed out from c-cats to top it up to £11 which has now been sent to CC7.

Thanks RS, I feel like I can't let the momentum go at the moment as all I want to do is get to my DFD so that my wages are all mine and aside from the mortgage I don't owe anyone. To me, it still feels such along way off.RelievedSheff said:Wow. You are flying through that CC7.

It will be here before you know it.
We are in it for the long haul now. No more easy wins for us. Just keeping plugging away at it. May 2026 should see us clear the credit card and the motorhome finance.1
