Do they send any more letters after this?1 -

"However, it is very concerning that they are pretending that litigation will happen after 30 days, and yet not enclosing PAP reply forms (am I right?)."
DRP and ZZPS are simply unregulated clowns who ignore the law.
Both are members of the BPA so one must assume the BPA are clueless about PAP ?
That is no surprise given their incompetence in controlling rogue traders.
I would suggest that these rubbish DRP / ZZPS letters are sent to Mr Gove to prove that debt collectors can only operate if they are regulated and will suffer the penalties that go with it ?
Why do the BPA use the catchphrase "driving standards upwards" which is another fabrication and probably an OSNER thing
My view about the DRP letters is the play school little drawings and signed by a female with a photo which makes it look like a cheap adult dating site that people should avoid

I was reading through their Trustpilot reviews and one in particularly got my blood boiling. It was from a father saying he would love to know what their phone operatives said to his son in a phonecall to them that led to him attempting o take his own life! Fortunately he was saved, but it's still infuriating that they are still about trading unregulated. Other views reflect this- it seems the employees are told to put the pressure on callers unlike Osner who tells his call taking staff to basically gaslight their targets.2 -
