I am still worried you are heading that tiny little section: 'defence'.

That is just paragraph 3 of the 18 paragraph template defence you will be emailing to the CCBCAQ email address, you know that, yes?  Please confirm you are not calling the tiny set of words above your defence?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is being used for Paragraph 3

    3.   On the 05/09/2019 the driver was delivering a washing machine to a tenant of
Then to his surprise the defendant received an Invoice/PCN (Parking Charge Notice) not to be confused with a (Penalty Charge Notice) issued by councils around the country.

This was from First Parking Llp for £100, this was not taken seriously.

    For your Information:

The defendant would like to bring to attention the Jopson vs Homeguard (Services) case where the judge said stopping/delivering is not parking.

Why put "for your information"? Have you read any defence which introduces a court claim like this?

Why have you deleeted it entirely?
Have a look at the template defence, the one thats an obvious source for "how to present things to a court", and notice how acts, cases etc are introduced there.
You must. use. Jopson. Must. Not optional. I presume you have found it, read it and understand why?

Have been through the defence template twice, confused with
"You must. use. Jopson. Must. Not optional"

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Are you saying to just use Jopson as opposed to Jopson vs Homeguard?
