Hi All i now have my template defence, here is a redacted paragraph 3:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------3. I was dropping off a washing machine which I sold online to a tenant of (address removed)
The building is situated on a one-way system at (Removed) which is a red route directly outside the building, please see (Removed PDF) photo.
Upon arrival I phoned the tenant to ask where to park as it is very difficult to park with the red route outside, as they were new tenants, they were unsure, (Conversation with Tenant PDF)
I drove in to entrance/crescent leading to the concierge building to ask where to park but no one was around so waited over 5-6 minutes for the concierge to arrive, which I then explained I was dropping off a washing machine for a tenant of the building and needed to stop for a few minutes.
He told me to just stop opposite the concierge doors so I did not block anything or through traffic, so waited for the tenant to arrive at the concierge building, once arrived they asked if I could help them up with the machine as I had a trolley, so I trolleyed it to their door, this is a big complex as well I found out.
On arriving back at my car, I thanked the concierge for his assistance and made my way home.
Then to my surprise I received an Invoice/PCN (Parking Charge Notice) not to be confused with a (Penalty Charge Notice) issued by councils around the country.
This was from First Parking Llp for £100, I did not take this seriously as I have read about these companies online, they are currently being investigated by Parliament
Then I received a Letter of Claim Form for £160 from DCBlegal.
DCBLegal have added an extra £60 which courts have called this a DOUBLE RECOVERY/ABUSE OF PROCESS and cases have been thrown out of court for this and these companies have been told to stop wasting court time. For your Information:
Also I would like to bring the Jopson vs Homeguard (Services) case where the judge said stopping/delivering is not parking.
I Now have a Claim Form from DCBLegal for £253.32 with a issue date of (Removed)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please Advise.

Nothing like a concise defence , too long , too much detail , says I numerous times
Are you sure you have read recent approved paragraph 3 defences on here ???
In short , too long , says the word I , needs to be setting the scene , concisely , introducing the Jopson case too , save the jackanory story for the WS , save exhibits until the WS stage too
The double recovery charges are already in the template defence in another paragraph
No evidence is submitted with a defence , so why reference additional exhibits ?1 -

Look at any claim thread, any at all, and you will find loads of people pointlessly chewing and obsessing over their para 3 'facts' that they know and are not difficult to put in writing. Its easy...it's one paragraph we are asking people to add, about the facts that they know and we don't.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
