Claim Form from DCBLegal.

Still says the word I despite me mentioning it earlier , no defence paragraph 3 contains the word I , nor Me , Myself , or My !!
No need for the info about LBC or charges or the claim form etc
A defence sets the scene plus any legal arguments , so as I said earlier , you haven't read other recent paragraph 3 posts in recent cases over the last 5 months
You do not put most of that info into a defence1 -

I Now have a Claim Form from DCBLegal for £253.32 with a issue date of 10 Feb 2021.
On the 05/09/2019 (name removed) was dropping off a washing machine which was sold online to a tenant of (Address Removed)
The actual address is: (Address Removed)Then to my surprise (Name Removed) received an Invoice/PCN (Parking Charge Notice) not to be confused with a (Penalty Charge Notice) issued by councils around the country.
This was from First Parking Llp for £100, this was not taking seriously as having read about these companies online, they are currently being investigated by Parliament
DCBLegal have added an extra £60 which courts have called this a DOUBLE RECOVERY/ABUSE OF PROCESS.
For your Information:
Also I would like to bring the Jopson vs Homeguard (Services) case where the judge said stopping/delivering is not parking.
Thanks for assistance.
Is this any better?1 -
A few slight alterations gets you to...
On the 05/09/2019 the driver was delivering a washing machine to a tenant of (Address Removed).
Then to his surprise the Defendant received an Invoice/PCN (Parking Charge Notice) not to be confused with a (Penalty Charge Notice) issued by councils around the country.
This was from First Parking Llp for £100, this was not taken seriously.

It's better now that it uses the words , the defendant , and , the driver , so await improvements suggestions or improve it , as long as there is time to improve it
Any I this and I that , plus your story , is saved for the witness statement (yours) in a few months time1 -

Going to have a much needed read of the Neebies again.
Thanks.1 -
I don't see any point in adding to what I said earlier.
P.s. you've still left in "this was not taking seriously".
It should be "this was not taken seriously" - as I wrote earlier.1 -
I don't understand why you've put this, when the template defence includes it already:DCBLegal have added an extra £60 which courts have called this a DOUBLE RECOVERY/ABUSE OF PROCESS.
You are using the full template and just putting your #3 into it, yes? If so then you don't need to type things the template more than covers further down.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
