make it a written apology, scan for all to see ;)

Voda's Mr J ...... from above ( FIT135 ) Vodafone was great with me, even though his hands were tied he tried everything he could to help me, sadly Banbury's Exec team @ H.O seem to have thier head in the sand...............

Exec team have made me responsible for a Voda LICENCED dealer incompetancy, a contract that does not do as described....excludes what I agreed to as a priceplan & im the one expected to buy my contract out ?

T&C mean nothing to Voda H.O, while Voda and thier dealer still carry on business as usual.......customer care was good with Vodafone but policy and your T&C mean nowt

  • When I worked on an ISP help desk there were strict guidelines on what we could and couldn't write in customer notes. I would write to them and ask for copies of all notes they hold on you. I think they have to reply within a certain time with the information, possibly 30 days. Depending on what arrives you can take it from there. You "might" find the issue goes away though.
  • IIRC an unauthorised recording of a telephone conversation cannot be offered as principle evidence in a court of law however it can be used in a similar way to the notebooks used by Police officers who read from them in court...As part of your testimony you can read a transcript of the telephone conversation taken from the tape..should the validity of the transcript be questioned you can offer the tape as evidence, even if the opposing council object to allowing it into evidence the fact of its existence is very strong supporting evidence of your testimony.

  • What a surprise I've finally got around to sorting out the refer a friends and I was told the exact same thing by the guy, "I have committed fraud".

I've followed HU1 plan of action and sent a message using the online contact form to FIT35.

Infact I've just tried and the message doesn't send for me, I use FF and have tried in IE too. Help.
