Did send one link. Supplier is BG  took over account from Ebico. With debt from what is believed from estimated usage?
Same as BG bill estimated plus debt.

OP is perhaps "out there somewhere"? so might not come back to not listen or not answer any more questions?

You have used it, but you haven't paid Ebico for it and they went out of business, so you now owe BG the money you should have paid to Ebico.

All but some of the more recent smart meters are no longer smart if you switch supplier. If you want to know why, search this forum for the many discussions mentioning SMETS1 meters and enjoy some heavy reading.

 If you are using a computer, on the left side you will see "Payment Method" which you can change from "Show All" to "Pay on Receipt Of Bill". 

Yes I am using a computer (as I dont own a mobile phone) and yes I do understand the differance between a standard and a mobile phone based web page
