Was the bill based on Estimated or Actual meter readings?
If the former, supply the company with actual reading(s) and ask them to recalculate.
How do you calculate the bill is wrong? Has the tariff changed recently? Leccy prices are higher than they used to be.

The main bit to look at on the bill is whether the readings are ESTIMATED, SMART or ACTUAL
Are you taking meter readings and sending them to your supplier regularly?
If the answer is no, then your bill is probably massive because it is a catch up bill and you are now paying for the electricity that you used over the last x months, which was underestimated before.
Another way to check is to check your meter reading NOW, and look at the meter reading on the bill, are near enough the same?0 -

Just give us the numbers - actual readings from 12 months ago and today's readings to start off with
And answer Nik's questions.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1 -
