They are going to ask all the same questions we did and can help you understand your bill.
Not sure how they're operating during covid as pre covid you could visit their office and discuss things. Now maybe by email or phone I guess. Then talking to them over the phone line would be in the same senerio as being on hearnot being able to show them the bill0 -
In either case, you could explain the tariff you're on (name of supplier, standing charge, kWh rates - these vary by region), being clear to state whether those prices include VAT, the length of the billing period, your energy consumption over that billing period and whether you're being billed for your actual consumption or estimated consumption.free_money_tree said:Then talking to them over the phone line would be in the same senerio as being on hearnot being able to show them the bill
Oh - and whether the problem is what you're being billed or the level of your monthly direct debit (which may not be the same as the cost of energy supplied over the month).0 -
Just a thought, actually 2 thoughts that might help you with getting the help that you need...free_money_tree said:Then talking to them over the phone line would be in the same senerio as being on hearnot being able to show them the bill
1) If you speak to CAB they may possibly give you the option of taking a photo of your bill, then emailing it to them. So no uploading to forums.
2) If you tell us which supplier you are with, again possibly some kind soul on here could upload one on their bills and highlight the information that we would like you to give to us.
Just a thought1 -
Try this - photo your bill with the personal info blanked out and email to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com
In the meantime just tell us the supplier and todays meter reading.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -

Wait a minute. So you're intelligent enough to use a disposable email address to upload a bill, but you still aren't able to answer a single question that has been asked on this thread about your energy, consumption or any readings?free_money_tree said:

Is it that you don't know or just can't be bothered?1 -
3 Pages and still no information or replies to basic questions from OP?
Though to be fair the majority of posts are the one liners with no info from the OP?
The force is weak with this one?
Award for the complete waste of time thread goes to ?
But it can still be saved if free_money_tree can answer the questions so far asked
Personally i would not even open an email from an address called ntqlch+9it8kc1ch0s88@sharklasers.com
