There will be a page with dates, previous reading . present reading  -  the readings will have a letter A,C or S, E
There will be details of direct debits paid,   opening balance (credit/debit) closing balance (credit/balance)

Who is the supplier, what is the tariff ?

Please read your meter and let us know the reading.  From your very first bill what was the opening reading ?
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

    I don’t think it’s your time you’re wasting......

we’ve asked some fairly straightforward questions for you to answer and so far you’ve made absolutely no attempt to answer them or ask for help to answer them.
you’ve not even told us who the supplier is!
you seem to think your electricity is double what it should be, based on what exactly? Based on what they said your direct debits should be? Again, no information given.
even if you send a picture of your bill we need to know the basics of whether you read your meter and submit readings regularly, have you ever given a meter reading, do you have a smart meter, who is your energy supplier etc etc. These are all simple questions to answer.

it’s ok if you don’t understand and are struggling, there are plenty of people who can help here but you’re not helping anyone to help you. You say you do t understand your bill. If so how do you think the bill is wrong?

if you’re not willing to attempt to try and share this information then I suspect you’re wasting everyone’s time and it may just be better to speak to a friend or neighbour competent in reading their utility bills or if that’s not an option taking your bills with you to citizens advice bureau. (But you will need to take a meter reading as well)
  • Also, OP has completely ignored my advice about using the edit facility instead of a new post for every  afterthought.

Wherever else you find they’ll still need the basic info that’s been requested here. No-one can help without more info, so if you want help then provide some info please.

@free_money_tree  I emailed the forum team this morning re your upload problem and got the following reply

"I'm afraid document uploads are currently disabled on the forum.
You can enter the relevant text from your bill (being careful not to post personal details) in a post.

We're sorry we can't be of more help with this issue.

    Kind Regards
    MSE Forum Team"

which I agree is not at all helpful.

I think an option is to post via imgur and make an obvious error in the link which we can correct. Make sure you blank out the personal and account info.

We want to be able to help but please be patient.

Citizens advice bureau is a charity and not an online forum. They have local offices all around the country to help consumers with a variety of problems. See https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/

They are going to ask all the same questions we did and can help you understand your bill.
Not sure how they're operating during covid as pre covid you could visit their office and discuss things. Now maybe by email or phone I guess.
    Good luck
