@Dave360180 what does it say on your "My Dashboard" when you go into the app? On mine it said what tariff I was on and a little further down had allowance indicators.
As I recall (I've since ported out) - when signing up for the deal you're agreeing to auto renewal anyway to get the enhanced allowances, which is why you've had an email, so I wouldn't worry about that too much. Turning off auto renewal would put you on the standard £5 bundle instead.1 -
Don't use the phone App for this bit of info...
Use the MyLebara website login to get the exclusive plan information confirmation.

A new to Lebara user, nearing the end of the first month.1 -
Thanks to everyone who suggested checking the website login which correctly shows the special plan

That works fine, but you would think they'd fix the app. Currently it means that you can't turn off auto-renew using the app - maybe they're trying to deter users from doing so!Rodders53 said:Don't use the phone App for this bit of info...

Why would you want to turn it off (and, later, back on again, I assume)???Stompa said:That works fine, but you would think they'd fix the app. Currently it means that you can't turn off auto-renew using the app - maybe they're trying to deter users from doing so!
Should you do that, then the MSE blagged offer will be lost as it's a 'special' and also only available to new subscribers.
I see that under Payments in my App it shows the plan as <MSE All In One 5.00> from my first renewal0 -
I was merely pointing out that the option wasn't available should you wish to use it, though obviously you can use a browser instead.Rodders53 said:

Personally I may just use the SIM for 4 months, then switch to another provider, in which case I'll need to turn it off (but not back on again).Stompa0
