Yes I too have that screenshot but Lebara do not honour the 3GB unlimited minutes unlimited texts because the Lebara representative stated that Lebara do not offer that option. They told me to get MSE to sort it out. Good luck with that. MSE stated "Sadly neither Martin nor the site are able to answer MoneySaving questions on a personal basis as the site has 10 million users and we aren’t able to provide one-on-one help. All of the information we have is on the site, so if you have a question:..."Screwed by the people who want to screw you and screwed by the people who say they are helping.0 -
Neil49 said:The OP has now revealed in a separate thread that he set up the deal via Honey (whatever that is) which seems to have overridden the MSE deal hence the issues he has had.
According to the Lebara representative, with whom I had numerous telephone calls yesterday, the use of Honey was not a problem. It was the fact that Lebara do not offer a deal as specified by MSE. The only deals they have on offer are listed on their website. The "OP" revealed the Honey info right out of the box. Pomposity is of no assitance here. I am merely attempting to find a solution to a problem and ensure that other people do not end up incurring avoidable costs! I am attempting to be part of the solution and not create further problems. Thank you so much for your useful, helpful, insightful, knowledegable and potentially accurate post.

My first £2.50 payment has been taken and a further £2.50/month until May when £5 will be taken using my debit card. Plus the option to turn off auto renew if desired.I've never been accused of pomposity before and who is "screwing" you? People are trying to help by posting their experience and that the MSE deal is real and obtainable via the MSE link. I have no clue as to who Honey is either. You are not receiving the answers you want or like but why did you not use the MSE link and tried elswhere?Sorry for being pompous and screwing you!

"It was the fact that Lebara do not offer a deal as specified by MSE."Not via Honey, obviously.0

Honey is the PayPal dealbot, OP paid with PayPal.
I'm in month two of the MSE offer purchased via link, no problems here.0 -
The Lebara rep is lying there, they do offer such a deal - you just have to be specifically referred to them by MSE to get it. As you used Honey (which clearly was the problem here - you'd probably have much the same issue using any of the cashback sites for example) the Lebara site took that as you being referred to them by Honey, instead of MSE, which is why things are where they are.Zimmi said:

Lebara regular list on the website does not have a 3Gb deal
https://mobile.lebara.com/gb/en/best-sim-only-deals/c/simo-contract
In addition there are "exclusive" deals the MSE 3GB £5 is one of them.
some are cheaper than the MSE(1p)
(once in the basket they get the 3 month 50% offer)
https://mobile.lebara.com/gb/en/search/?text=exclusive
MSE links to this one which is in that list

Apologies to jump on this thread.
I signed up for the 3GB MSE deal via the link below. I’m now not sure this has worked. Can anyone help ? See the screenshot below of my auto renew screen in the MyLebara app which is blank. I did get an email saying “ Your MSE All In One-5.00 will be automatically renewed every 30 days.” however. If anyone has experienced this or has any suggestions to confirm (short of calling them urgh) please let me know.

Can't really help, but I have the same "special" and when opening the app and logging in I see "My Dashboard". However, when selecting "Auto renew" I see exactly what you have imaged. If you log in online the auto renew on/off toggle is at the very bottom of the home screen. It may be turned off there and is on by default.Whatever you do don't select "Auto top up". I did and was debited £5. A quick call advising of my error was dealt with and the £5 refunded. If you are concerned it is worth phoning them, 5588 (free) from your Lebara number. I did find the rep. very helpful.1
