Not true
The MSE blagged deal for Lebara £5 3GB data unlimited minutes/texts is not true. Lebara do not know about this deal. If you sign up to the deal you will receive a PAYG sim which has no included minutes/texts but does come with a free 50 MB (NOT GB) of non-recurring data. Before you know it you could rack up a huge bill. I don't know if MSE are aware of this.

For my part, not too long ago I tried the 2GB unlimited minutes/texts Lebara deal via MSE to see if Vodafone had improved here over time (they haven't, they're even worse, but that's by the by).
Lebara didn't know about that deal either, as it wasn't on their website (it was 1000/1000 minutes/texts and 2GB there at that time).
However, as I'd ordered via the MSE link and nothing else (e.g. Honey/errant cookie from elsewhere) had automatically kicked in, I was classed as "referred by MSE" and got the 2GB and unlimited minutes/texts MSE deal without issue, which was confirmed on the letter that came with the sim and also in the online account and in app (it's specifically referred to as '5.00 MSE' plan in the latter two when active).
Point being, I'd expect the process to be much the same for the 3GB.1 -
What does your online account show. I've used Lebara and their user account detailed everything about the monthly allowance and ongoing payments. Did you set up an ongoing payment instruction to ensure your contract rolled on to the next month.0

Strange. I have ordered and paid for the first month at £2.50, which applies for the first three months. I followed the MSE link to this https://mobile.lebara.com/gb/en/msm/exclusive-monthly-plan-500/p/441174?utm_source=impactradius&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=2096376&utm_content=PRODUCT_CATALOG&utm_clickid=WPSXY23-exyLR-KwUx0Mo3EOUkET271wCz2RVQ0&utm_iradid=917923&utm_clickref=&irgwc=1"Buy now" and it is as expected 3Gb, unlimited texts and minutes. Received confirmation emails but not received the sim yet. Only ordered yesterday. For some reason the above link doesn't work?Whatever the "deal" is will be shown once an account has been set up fully. I already have another account with them and can confirm what Neil has written.I also have screenshots saved to confirm the offer.

The OP has now revealed in a separate thread that he set up the deal via Honey (whatever that is) which seems to have overridden the MSE deal hence the issues he has had.4

Operator error then?Received sim, activated and set up account. Everything correct with the deal according to the sim documentation and in the account.0
