What time do they actually call you?
After the competition closes and before the winner is announced.

I’m led to believe that they call you shortly after 5. I always give it until about half past, just in case.

On their website the Cyber Monday bundle deal is misleading. It says win over £1 Million, but if you were to win the £300k competition, as per their T&C's it'll mean you won't be eligible to win the secondary competition prize of £710k, unless they've made an exception to that rule for this bundle deal only, but I couldn't find anything to confirm this. Not that I plan on spending money anyway, I'll be sticking to the free telephone entry route.

On Win Happy, in the blurb about the bundle, it says:

If you purchase this bundle and you win the £710,000 prize, you will still be in the draw and eligible to win the £300,000 prize on Cyber Monday.

Not sure it applies if you haven't bought the bundle though.

Mind you, isn't the £300K draw first? So that doesn't make sense anyway!

Thanks, didn't spot that. I'm going to stick with the free phone entry for the larger draw only, I'm hopeful

There's a couple of items under the T&Cs regarding phone calls for the £300,000 draw

Phone Entry Start Date: Tuesday 25 November 2025 at 5:00pm; and

Phone Entry End Date: Monday 1 December 2025 at 5:00pm.

    PHONE

Entrants can enter between the Phone Entry Start Date and the Phone Entry End Date up to 450 times by phone by calling 0372 376 7519. Calls (from the UK) are charged at standard network rate. These calls may be charged outside of any inclusive call bundles.

so it looks like there's a different number for the £300,000 draw.

    Good Afternoon

Is anyway experiencing the same issue and do you know why it's happening?

I am happily entering these various phone competitions pressing "Key 1" or "Key 2" where appropriate.

Then all of a sudden after a clear run of pressing "Key 1" to enter the competition this is rejected and I receive the same message as if I have pressed "Key 2".

I have just had 6 rejections in a row after pressing "Key 1". I have double checked each time to make sure I have definitely pressed "Key 1" and the number 1 is clearly displayed on my phone. I am using an iphone and using the free telephone call option as my mobile provider allows me to make 03 numbers for free as part of my package.
