No, they call the person sometime between 17:00 - 17:15 (ish) then the call that is played back later on the radio is the edited version and is played around 17:45

The call is a recording - The actual call is made after the competition closes and for certain before the winner is announced/the call played on air.

Just started doing this again the last few weeks. How do you stay sane trying to ring the number 300 times when its the big prizes

Might be a stupid question but always good to check when putting the effort of calling 350 times, but if I tried to call more than 350 times I don't get disqualified do I?

she tells you "you have reached the limit" so you cannot enter after 350

I sit in front of a laptop and play Mahjongg, or another game that I can almost auto-play without thinking, whilst hammering the phone buttons every 40 seconds or so!!
