I've only had a few successful calls today, the majority have cut off. Just tried calling now, and got the message "the number you are calling is not recognised".

Just completed my entries for today, there has to be a lot of people who have missed out today because of the problem.

I had to make 73 calls last night just to get my 32 entries in.....
At one point they were always chucking me off after 4-5 seconds, split between two different MMAW phone numbers.
I tend to have the earphones cable plugged in without actually having the earphones attached to the cable (so that I don't have to listen to the call)
I eventually found that if I removed the cable and just had the volume right down, the calls went through
Hopefully they've sorted whatever the problem was as that took MUCH longer than usual !!

I must admit it was painful getting all the entries for yesterday’s draw, just about managed to do it in time for 3pm as the problem had been rectified. 

Managed to get all my entries in yesterday for today’s draw as well.

Think the issue is back as had a few calls cut off, I will email them again

I don't think the paid routes were affected and that is how the vast majority of people enter.
