I managed to do all of my calls successfully yesterday afternoon. On call 33 it told me I had reached my entry limit.I think it’s down to where I sit at home (I have the call on speakerphone) and if there’s a bit of background noise, it doesn’t hear me press the 1. I have tried making calls on just normal speaker and through my BT headphones and even sometime those calls fail. The only times the calls seem to go through are when I’m sitting at my desk at home (I work from home), although I do have the radio on, so that doesn’t affect it.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £18,886.271
