Yes, as of yesterday, when pressing 1 to bypass the telephone tree messages as per normal, it cut me off each time instead of skipping to reading out phone number. Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!1 -

It's getting worse for me. I'd say 1 in 10 calls are successful. Some calls are even failing to connect at all now.0
