yep, tried it an hour ago and got same, gave it a break and just tried it now and still doing it, so came here looking for an alternative number, see if its not all of the lines

Yes, as of yesterday, when pressing 1 to bypass the telephone tree messages as per normal, it cut me off each time instead of skipping to reading out phone number. Ho hum, adds a bit longer to the process. 

Scratch that, it's doing it when I'm not pressing any buttons. Seems to be intermittent.

Yes I’ve had it cut off after the “thanks for calling the competition line” message. 😢

Same for me, I’ve only managed to get 1 or 2 entries so far

I've tried calling a couple of the other numbers and it's doing the same, sometimes it works sometimes not

It's getting worse for me. I'd say 1 in 10 calls are successful. Some calls are even failing to connect at all now.
