I don't think so I was entering around 1am this morning where you would think it's the quietest and it took me about double the amount of attempts to get them all in.

It definitely sounds like more people are having issues where it's not "hearing" you press 1

For those of you that are having trouble, you could try doing a slightly longer tap on the 1 key.
I've found a few times that if I tap too lightly, I hear the tone but the other end doesn't seem to.

If pressing 1 rarely/never works for you, you could try seeing if you can switch your mobile to use a different network layer for the call.
e.g. if your phone supports 4G calls, make sure it really is sending calls over 4G.
You could try WiFi Calling and see if that makes any difference.
If your phone can't use 4G, try switching it to 2G and see if that makes it any better/worse - for this one though, remember to switch it back to 3G when you've finished all your calls.

My theory is there is a number of sessions/threads on the computer waiting to be allocated to the incoming call. For some reason theses can be corrupted and stop responding to the Touch Tone. Each workday somebody is resetting/restarting these first thing in the morning. 

So when it's really bad late at night/early morning. I wait and then try again after 9am, when it always seems perfect every time to me.

Yesterday it took 70 calls to get my 32 entries, today they have gone through without a problem, 33rd call you have reached your maximum amount of entries.

@JamboDP Do you mind me asking - on the calls that don't work, can you hear the beep tone when you press the 1 key? or is it silent for you?

You can hear the beep noise every time
