Probably deemed commercially sensitive information - ballpark they get enough paid entries to make a profit after all deductions - it was several years ago that ITV accounts showed they got over 40,000,000 paid entries a year

Baur listenership is around 20mil, if 5% enter a couple of txts that’s 1mill people x2, if say 100k people enter full 42 times that’s 4.2mill call it 6 million entries a day to your 42 equals around 150,000:1 odds. Lol. 

Even if the odds were as low as 50,000:1 you’d have to play every weekday for 190 years to get a win. 

Well either way it’s much much better that the lottery!

if you have made all the calls you will have 250 on Monday when it is drawn

They've covered that in the Ts and Cs - that would disqualify you:

If there are no words spoken (according to the studio’s audio recording) or the call goes to voicemail, even if the pre-recorded voicemail messages starts with the Winning Phrase, this will be judged as a failure to answer and no prize will be awarded.
