its a big leap from a debt collectors letter from DCB ltd to a county court to the high court via dcb LEGAL for an amount over £600 that allows a high court writ to be served by those bailiffs on CPWTIAyou still havent told us which L sent the letterplus you told fibs that we were saying IGNORE in 2016 when I know for a fact that we did not !! here is one from 2015 where they were told to appeal using the blue text templatethere are hundreds more after december 2012 , especially after march 2013the only IGNORE advice was for debt collector letters , like those other letters she received

I am sorry it wasn't intentional. I didn't mean to fib, I was confused. I meant to say ignore the parking notices
I mentioned above, L isn't for legal. It is bailiffs
Just concerned that the parking notice I told her to ignore has now doubled. Shouldn't I just pay anyway?0 -
No, at what part here, or in any of the dozen threads you have surely read by now do we tell people to pay? Where in the newbies thread does it say to pay?3

It is bailiffsThey might be bailiffs in certain contexts. They are certainly not bailiffs in the context of this parking charge. They will only become so if a Judge allows them to act as such, but that won't happen unless you lose at court, refuse to pay the judgment and the PPC apply for enforcement action - a million miles away if you play this sensibly. UKPC aren't noted for pursuing single tickets via litigation, but they do have 6 years, and they're starved of food (money) currently because of their COVID famine! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

UKPC used Debt Recovery Plus and their lowlife other alter ego Zenith for years as their toothless debt frighteners. They have recently added DCBL to their arsenal based on this despicable companies notoriety on TV which has no bearing on their scraping the barrel debt collection activities. The paragraph you quote is a frightening tactic but is nothing new, and there is no proven debt unless a judge says so.3

We do not advise you to pay as an MP has stated in the HoC that there is a possibility that some of these companies may have links to organised crime and your money may be contributing to white slavery, people smuggling, and fake Au Savage.
on Ebay. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
There is no Bailiff action in this saga because no court order has been issued
We asked if the letter came from dcb Legal or dcb LTD , you still have not clarified this
It is your fault for making assumptions instead of checking the facts and informing us of the actual name instead of scaremongering !!
We have never told anyone to ignore a private parking charge in England and Wales , not since 20132 -
We asked if the letter cane from dcb legal or dcb LTD , you still have not clarified this
I suggest this thread be ignored until OP clears this up.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
Apologies, L stands for Limited but they have the word bailiff in their description. and yes I hear what you are saying about their powers to be one. I am only telling you what I am reading
DCB Limited
I just want some help, please. I am not on the thread all day as I am working and certainly don't intend to scaremonger
But I was advised to ignore the parking charge and subsequent correspondence. I have read on here the advice to ignore the debt recovery letters but not a court action letter, or whatever it is called

If it says LTD with 14 days notice it's a debt collector letter and can be ignored , their other business of bailiffs is not in force at this time , not without a court order. The letter will state that it's not subject to Bailiff action
Nobody should be ignoring a PCN however
As you can now see , you get the help when you provide the facts
Plus you did ask me what I meant !! Opening the door to my replies !!1
