Thanks Redx
All it needs is a bit of patience sometimes:)1 -
So, tonight I have done a lot of research on this forum and in the Newbies section. What a mine field!
However, I have had lots of helpful advice and appreciate the support guys, thanks!
Would it be worth, at this late stage, contacting the landowner? To request this to be canceled? You see my daughter used to work for a retailer in the retail park where she got the ticket.
Also would it be also worthwhile doing the SARs with UKPC? or is too late
TIA
(Ps: I am listening to the advice to ignore the letter!!)0 -
None of it is too late. You need to deploy all your ammo. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks Umkomas - I will have a go then, do a bit more digging
Next question..... how do I do a SARs?
and does anyone have the address for UKPC, please?0 -
Check the DPO email address on the UKPC website privacy page , your daughter emails the SAR template from the newbies FAQ sticky thread, the legal beagles one (not post) , to that DPO , she also adds proof of I D too , like copies of 2 recent redacted utility bills , or a copy of the V5C
It's never too late to get the landowner involved , it's the ideal solution
And remember , she must do all this , not you , but you can assist her3 -

Print off or write out the acronyms for reference.
As for the debt crawler letter, it will say somewhere that it is not the subject of high court action, which means they are not acting as bailiffs.
