just send the template letter from the NEWBIES sticky thread to not so SMART, adding the pcn and your other details

it really is that simple at this stage

complain to the landowner too, demanding a cancellation

if you are in england or wales, then IGNORING it would be STUPID ! as Rinder would say

thanks Redx, I was only the driver, do I send the appeal letter from Newbies site in the name of the registered keeper??? Smark Parking state thst there hsd been a breach in line with terms and conditions on parking on private land
Should I appeal on line or by post?

no , if you look it is written as Keeper , so if this was a windscreen notice then wait for the RK to get the NTK

if its a postal NTK, appeal as keeper , not driver, not RK

the only changes you can make to the template letter are if you wish to remove the "rant" part, leave the rest alone

when you do appeal, read the paperwork and use the method or methods listed on it

    Good point. (An oft-overlooked question).

OP - if you're in Scotland or NI then you can just ignore this bog paper anyway.
