    thanks Ralph-Y

I sent them the template letter and I am still waiting for a reply, but in the mean time they have sent me a demand for the full cost of £100. I think I was outside the 28 day period by the time I sent my letter. should I still hold out for the replay??????

    any advice welcomed.
But when did you send it?

These clowns have form for not replying.
That said, with my latest tranch of tickets they seem to be be responding by return of post - all popla codes. :rotfl:

If you sent them an appeal, only fair they respond to it. If they don't, eventually tell them to put up or shut up.

Don't panic. The next step is outlined in the Newbies Sticky - go back and read it.

Did the rejection letter contain a POPLA code?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Although fighting a PPC invoice is not rocket science, it requires a little more effort than watching Stenders.

Apply yourself, you have been told what to do, just do it.

Hi no POPLA code in letter states as per BP Guidelines oct2014 para 34.6 the amount must be proportionate and justifiable. They say parking in car park breach of advertised terms and conditions clearly signage, they say there cost include, staff, premises telephone letters and postage, IT system and support depreciation assets human resources and general costs associated with membership to independent appeals service.
Signage they say according to BPA approved. They hold contract with land owner, not at liberty to disclose as commercially sensitive and exempt under freedom of information Act 2000.
They NTK follows all guidelines as per BPA and POFA2013. They say notice all over by staying Eirin car park you agree to comply with advertised terms and conditions. They will not freeze charge until matter is resolved .
