I reported them to BPA, and they dealt with it as they did not provide me with a POPLA Code when they refused my initial objection. Hope this helps.

Hi All,


just learnt a few days ago an elderly retired couple got parking ticket from parking eye, whilst attending hospital appointment, they have a valid disability pass, and were not aware rules at the hospital parking had changed, under pressure and stressed they paid reduced amount of £40.00. I feel bad for them can anything be done. Any advice would be WELCOMED !!!!!!!!

Nothing can be done if they've already paid. The only thing left to do is warn them not to do the same again.

Put pressure on the Hospital, especially via the local press. May not goet the money back but it will hopefully heap shame on some.

Hi hope all watched the Watch Dog Programme tonight, parking companies have no shame and private land owners have no compassion. Parking companies a leeches.

Spread the word. Tell all your friends and family about this site if they get a parking ticket on private land.


Tell them, do not pay, do not ignore, do not reveal who was driving. Appeal in time and win.
