It's not visible on the website so far as I could see.

I obtained this during the course of a webchat with one of the customer services team.

It is a Chester number. If you look at the Bank's entry on the Financial services register, you will see that it is quite close in terms of a number range to the main listed telephone number.

Out of interest, I have done my own due diligence on this bank and see absolutely nothing which would put Santander on notice that it is a "dodgy" bank. The Companies House filings are all up to date, there is a proper entry on the Financial Services register and everything looks proper and above board.

I suspect that is what the issue was all about! The 1.05% 3 year bond was not visible by following the personal savings link on the Oxbury website. Looks like the earlybirds are getting a slightly preferential rate!
