These can usually be renewed on maturity. The inflation one will then be linked to CPI, not RPI.SallySunshine said:Trying to hedge my bets really, have a 3yr NS&I bonk finishing in early April, then NS&I Certificate 5yr inflation one finishing in July.
Who knows what, if anything, will be in their pipeline by then. Government bonds similar to War Bonds?

It's good you can smile at it.SallySunshine said:I'll never live this down, still chuckling about it!
That'll teach me to read thoroughly through anything I type before posting.
Made me giggle!
What's more intriguing is that your predictive text obviously knew you better!
It's genuinely good we can have a hearty laugh in these crappy times.
Take care0 -
Thanks to the instigator of this thread for flagging this product up and also to Sallysunshine for making me laugh - although I might accuse her of mis-selling having opened an account before she posted her correction

Unfortunately not only typos, forever talking gobbledegook, transposing first and last letters of names, ie. Bary Garlow, and even weirder ones like duff and bloubleduff, wit and wendy. its truly a gift I could do without!1

@inspectorperez I trust you have seen that there are at least 2 other providers promising better rates.1

Happy to support British agriculture and forego a tiny percentage point or two.Very impressed with Oxbury's website and customer interaction so far even though it didn't impress my linked bank Santander who flagged up a security alert when I made the first deposit payment and have temporarily locked me out of my account!!0

How do you get the invitation please?0

Is the link on the OP not working for you?2010 said:How do you get the invitation please?1 -
Inspectorperez, I’m with Santander too, did it through my online banking, not the their app, had no problem.
2010, I am subscribed to Savings Champion website, it was through them.
on Oxbury website it is only showing business accounts at the moment.1 -
Yes I did it through online banking as well. Prompted an automated security alert to my mobile and subsequent conversation with Santander security. Payment is still pending and still locked out of account. Suspect the flag has been triggered by matching transfer in from easy access savings account shortly before I attempted to make the outgoing payment to a “new” payee.SallySunshine said:Inspectorperez, I’m with Santander too, did it through my online banking, not the their app, had no problem.
