I'm not sure why it was transferred to Romford CC, it wasn't at my request.
I have tried to call Edmonton on a number of occasions with no luck.
I have spoken to Romford CC who say they have requested and chased things with Edmonton CC and there's nothing else they can do until they get the file from Edmonton CC.
