If you are OK about paying the £100 court fee to bring it to an end then this is as good as you will get, unless you feel there are reasons why you'd want to respond, point out their fault and say you want them or the landowner to pay the £100 fee and that you will be complaining to the landowner or pursuing them afterwards for it.
That depends on your circumstances and who was at fault re the PCN (e.g. is a landowner failed to record your VRM) and then ParkingEye failed to bother to check they were serving papers to the right address and should have known for some reason, that you were not there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? The fault is with the hotel who sent me confirmation that they had cancelled the fine with PE. I may ask them to pay the £100.0

Potentially do that out with of the conversation with PE.0

You could tell the Hotel chain CEO, once this is over, that you expect them to reimburse you the £100 and that you have gone out of your way to resolve this and negotiated the parking charge to be waived, and could not have been expected to do any more, but are now £100 out of pocket and very bruised by the experience. As such, you are asking for the Hotel to restore your faith in their brand because right now you and your family and friends take the view that visiting xxxxx Hotels is unsafe, due to the broken system operated by ParkingEye who sue everyone at the drop of a hat. That's not a contractor to have filming the cars of genuine guests, totally unnecessary at this location.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have a question..ParkingEye have sent me a countersigned consent order for me to file with the court..how do I go about this?
I looked through the NEWBIES feed- perhaps I missed it.
Thank you0 -
You file the N244 and include the consent order with it.1

Do I still need to send a witness statement?0

You do everything you would do for any other set aside. The consent order is in place of the draft order.
If you dont file a WS you have no evidence meaning the hearing cant really be on papers alone, and you want iut on papers as trhat way you only spend £1002 -
Hello,
I have filed a N244 with consent to be set aside. The initial file was with Edmonton County Court- the file was then transferred to Romford county court on the 2nd of March. I have been speaking with Romford county court who say they can't process the case yet as they haven't yet received the physical file from Edmonton county court. I have chased this every 2 weeks since- and still nothing. I am not able to get through to anymore at Edmonton county court. The person I spoke to at Romford county court said there's nothing they can do until they get the documents from Edmonton CC
I'm not sure what else to do..

Do you know why it was transferred? Was it your request? When you phone Edmonton do they not answer or is there no-one to speak to or some other issue? You could try sending an e-mail to Edmonton.1
