Oh wow, you’ve became a proper grown up stain removal and ironing 🤣🤣🤣. Your defo out to impress your sugar mummy now your domesticated 😂😂😂.
Many years ago I had a friend who made good money being on the phone whilst ironing!......😉

I wear contact lenses and have done for 16 years, they have actually marginally improved my eyesight. My glasses are a slightly stronger prescription but I rarely wear them, mainly when I’m over-tired. My contact lenses pull in a 15-16 hour shift everyday.

im on day 52 of no spend. 4 days to go.
If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.

    0% Overdraft x 1 (£0 / £250)

  • One comment. Why are you buying protein powder? If you eat well balanced meals, I doubt you need it.

Now there's a thought! Use my time wisely....  :D
That's really interesting re: contact lenses, I'm the same with my glasses, only wear them when I'm trying to save on lenses or I've managed to scratch my eye or something, happens more than you'd imagine!
52 days of no spending? That's incredible! I need to pull in my self control!

I struggle to eat enough when I am training, a mixture of time and the fact I generally prefer to snack on vegetables and the such like, which is really healthy but don't contain enough of the right macros for building/repairing muscle.  Protein being the main one of course, of which I need to take on around 85g per day for my body weight/training plan.  I often need a quick way of taking on more "good" calories, and a shake while I'm working is the best way of doing it.  Today is a prime example where all I have eaten at work is a croissant (in the car on the way) for breakfast, a doughnut from Greggs at 13.30 (bought for me by a colleague and delivered to my desk so minimal effort on my part), a banana and a Skyr yoghurt I wolfed down at 17.00.  I ate my prepped veg snack box on the way home in the car at 18.15!

Not a lot to mention today aside from I had to put fuel in the car, which is a couple of days earlier than expected.  I had been WFH so wasn't expecting to be driving 30 miles a day.  I've added the additional fuel to next months budget and so will need to trim elsewhere so I can keep the debt repayment to the same level. I should have my last CC statement in tomorrow for the Halifax card so I can see what the minimum payment is on it so I can confirm my March budget over all.

I cooked the second meal from my free Hello Fresh box last night, it was Harissa Chicken with lentils and I have to say, lentils are so underrated!  My mother used to use them to pack out meals but I don't think she used to soak them because they were always a little crunchy. But I am definitely a lentil convert.  I cooked the meal last night and had half of it, had the remaining half tonight and it was every bit as good.  Also courgettes, definitely an underused vegetable in my house.
