Kitchen Sink Purchase - any help please?

Given free choice I'd have a stainless steel sink single bowl but I'm informed it'll be a belfast type sink when we finally get round to replacing the kitchen.

I used two sinks together. Wash on the left, Drain on the right. Both with lever taps.
I did not use FRANKE, but would be happy to.

That’s for all your help everyone, some great tips and ideas. Kitchen fitter is popping round tomorrow to run a final check so I have a list of options for him and I’m hoping he’ll let me know what he thinks may be best.
