I wonder if the practice manager is only on holiday when people call about car parking at the surgery.5

I will now await the DQ.
I haven't received an acknowledgement or reply from CEL after requesting my SAR from the Data Protection officer over a week ago. I assume that this is normal?1 -
If you read your SAR or GDPR , the time limit is 30 days , so what do you think ?3

What's normal? Does it matter?
They have a calendar month to respond to a SAR.4 -
Update and question.
My DQ was files and received on 28/3/21 and my case was transferred to Leeds on the same date.
Today I received a letter from the County Court in Leeds that stated " Upon Considering the papers on the court file - IT IS ORDERED THAT
1)This case be transferred to the County Court at Bradford and the file has been sent to that court
2) If this order was made as a result of a without notice application or on the court 's own initiative and if you object to the order, you may make an application to have it set aside, varied or stayed providing the application is made within 7 days of service of the order.
Dated 7 April 2021
The letter is dated 12 April 2021
Within the same envelope is another letter - Notice of Transfer of Proceedings
To all parties
As a result of an order made on 7 April 2021, this claim has been transferred to the County Court at Bradford
The letter is again dated 12 April 2021
Is this normal and do I need to take any action?0 -
