These people keep applying the pressure until someone breaks.   Crunch time comes in court where a judge will look at their shoddy evidence .... which that sign is ... and spank them.   This is happening more and more as Judges understand the scam going on.

Do not get intimidated, these people are not that smart at the best of times

Correct - a SAR goes to the Data Controller at a company, so that will be the correct address. :)

FYI i have seen since that screenshot they have put down 2 yellow lines, that the fact they put yellow lines there now and not at the time of issue (i think but the SAR will confirm) shows that they should have been there in the first place and i shouldnt have been issued it...

edit: i noticed that google screenshot was from 2009, so it is possible that the double yellow lines where that at the time of the PCN but i am fairly certain that they were not....

  • Ask them for a copy of the contract giving them permission to operate.

They think this is "sensitive data" and will not comply. BUT, they will have to prove this in court

The problem DCBL have is that they are acting for a known fraudster ...... Only the other day, DCBL cost their client £1000 for one of their most stupid claims

i dont want to complicate things further by asking for things they cant supply - the less back and forth the better, do you think the existing one is okay - again thank you for your help i really appreciate it, you guys are heroes!

i just spoke with my neighbor and he is fairly certain that the yellow lines were added this year - so were likely not there at the time of PCN, i will not mention this in the reply dispute form towards DCBL incase they were there, il just mention that the signage is not adequate for that area but i will know for certain when the SAR form comes back...

Ignore the contract angle ... you're not entitled to it under a SAR anyway as it is not data pertaining to you.

The contract comes later should this proceed to a court claim, as you'd put them to strict proof that they had a contractual right to operate on that land, and to enter into contracts with motorists - and that said contract allows them to pursue alleged contractual debts via the courts.

ok great - so the SAR form is okay to send off as is above?

+ did you see my comment above with regards to them adding the double yellow lines (i dont know for certain that they were not there at time of PCN but im 99% sure) - the SAR will reveal

if they are not there at the time of the PCN i will highlight this in my argument - the fact that they have been added shows they need to be there and were not at time of PCN

With all respect, you are thinking about the real world, you are now involved in a scammers world and UKPC are well known for their rubbish

UKPC must prove they are entitled to issue tickets.  Have you and your neighbours asked the agent/MA to provide this
