Hi, I got a letter today from dcbl on behalf of civil enforcement ltd for an unpaid parking fine, the thing is this is the first I've seen of any parking violation, no tickets issued to me although I was in the car park on the date quoted. It is a notice of debt recovery and states a charge of £170 which is a tad excessive! I am minded to ignore it for now but I am unsure if it's even genuine, how can I check?0
-
It's genuine. But disingenuous.
Read the DCB Letters Group thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
