As @Fruitcake said, you would be best advised to read the third post of the NEWBIES thread to discover the best way of creating a winning PoPLA appeal.Izzycat13 said:I'm going to dig through the poppa advice, but here's is a start:.

Do you have evidence that the PDT machine was HALF AN HOUR WRONG?
By the way, can you show us that photo if it has the real time at the bottom and the other time on the machine? I'd like to see that as what you have described is the most unsynch'd system I can ever recall apart from sometimes when they forget to put the clocks back or forward.

This machine took £4 of my money, the card swipe drew a blank too, that's the reason why i took the unusual step of taking these photographs. Regards, thank-you.

I think 13:21 is the time the 30 minute ticket expires. Issued at 12:51.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Oh, never thought of that. You are right, the time on the machine is showing the expiry time.
But still this machine is swallowing money. Can the OP replicate that - and film it happening - and show the BPA and POPLA that evidence instead? Otherwise it's the motorists' word against ECP.

That does makes sense, but it swallowed exactly £4, It would not let me pay or issue a ticket, frustrated at this, i took the unusual step of taking photos of this, why else takes pictures of a PDT?
This is crazy and i'm fearing ECP have written their own cheque here :-( ''''0 -
No-one is telling you to pay. We are telling you to go get evidence of the machine swallowing a pound coin then complain to the BPA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
